Presentation of theoretical courses at Moscow Boat Show

Russian Association of Yachting Skippers RAYS organizes March 12 and 13 a number of events within the frames of Moscow Boat Show 2016 including presentations and skippers courses on the following topics:

12.03.2016, 11:00 p.m. Medical First Aid:

The attendees will learn how to stop bleeding, to apply a splint; to give help at asthma, heatstroke, overcooling, burn, diarrhea; to provide rescue breathing and many other things.

The certificate of First Aid Response as an addition to the captain's diploma will be issued after the training courses.

12.03.2016, 14:00 Diagnostics and Elimination of Simple Malfunctions of the Engine on the Yacht

13.03.2016, 11:00 VHF Radio Operator:

Acquaintance with basic principles and rules of radio communication; Mayday calls, Pan Pan, security and routine communication with coast guards and other vessels and equipment use for all stated above.

VHF Radio Operator certificate which is required in a number of countries for yacht charting will be issued after the event.
