Round table Sailing Vessels Activity Control

Round table Sailing Vessels Activity Control was held within the frames of the Moscow Boat Show calendar of events. Participants of the event:

• Vladimir Silkin, President of the Russian Yachting Federation (VFPS);

• Victor Olersky, Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation;

• Vitaly Klyuev, Director of the department of state policy for Maritime and River Transport of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation;

• Yury Kostin, Deputy Head of Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport;

• Konstantin Palnikov, Director General the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping;

• Mikhail Nenashev, Chairman All-Russian Movement for the Support of the Fleet;

• Amayak Nunikyan, Head of the department of the State Inspectorate for Small Size Vessels (GIMS).

On VFPS website there will be accommodated a discussion platform aiming to provide an opportunity not only to ask questions but also to discuss possible operational solutions of the issues with representatives of the Ministry for Transport of the Russian Federation or the State Inspectorate for Small Size Vessels (GIMS).
