Moscow Boat Show has gone through an audit

RussCom IT Systems, the official exhibition statistics auditor in Russia and the CIS countries, did once again the audit of the Moscow Boat Show. It has been conducting exhibition statistics audits in compliance with the international rules since 2005.

The exhibition statistics audit is a procedure when an independent auditor reviews and confirms the following consumer properties (statistical parameters): the number of exhibitors and visitors, the exhibition space, the list and number of participating countries.

Exhibition statistics audit provides for exhibitors and visitors: the most reliable information about the main characteristics of consumer exhibitions, on its basis potential exhibitors and visitors are able to choose the most profitable event.

For exhibition organizers: an opportunity to manifest the real quality of their exhibitions, to showcase their openness and care for their clients’ interests, to attract an additional number of national and international participants.

After an audit has been completed, an Audit Certificate is issued to the exhibition organizer by the auditing company, and the event is granted a Voluntary Audit Logo approved by the General Meeting of the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs. The Audit Certificate and the Voluntary Audit Logo prove that the exhibition has passed an official statistics audit in compliance with the international rules.

The Audit Certificate and the Voluntary Audit Logo can be used by the organizers in the exhibition advertizing materials. The Voluntary Audit Logo is the guarantee of reliability and transparency of the exhibition statistics.

Thus, in 2022, the Moscow Boat Show once again confirmed its status as one of the leading platforms for professional communication, novelties and industry opportunities presentation for the Russian yachting business.
