Famous round the world traveler Vitaly Elagin will speak at the Moscow Boat Show

Single yachtsman Vitaly Elagin will talk about his voyage on the yacht Daughter of the Wind without an engine and an auto steering March 2 from 11:00 to 13:00.

Vitaly will tell about his voyage around the world, which began in the fall of 2023. He set sail on Viktor Yazykov's unique yacht Daughter of the Wind. The yacht is not equipped with a motor and auto steering - the ship keeps course on its own due to the special design of sailing gear and rigging. Vitaly Elagin will also reveal how and why he disappeared near Cape Horn. The Daughter of the Wind almost lost sails and stopped communicating after a storm.
